About us

Neptune is an incident response automation platform for the modern cloud era. It helps DevOps engineers troubleshoot and fix their server and application alerts faster.

We are looking for engineers who wake up driven to build great things. And we are tackling some of the complex problems in distributed systems, especially around fault-tolerant systems design. Our team not only includes founding team members that launched foundational Amazon Web Services like S3, and DynamoDB but also includes engineers who has worked at places like AppDynamics, D.E.Shaw, and Intel. It makes us cringe that we, as engineers, still wake up at midnight to troubleshoot and fix mundane alerts. So we are solving a deep pain point that our customers literally wake up at midnight for!

Why us ?

The best way to launch a startup is to take part in a top-notch startup and learn it all first hand ! Currently, we are on a mission to build an amazing self-healing platform for servers. Well it is not as easy as you think. It is hard to build a distributed system designed to be reliable enough to auto-remediate alerts. And the challenge motivates us ! If you want to take on the challenge, come talk to us.
